We trust that members of our Women in Hospitality (WOHO) community share our Values and Vison and as such we ask that they comply with the Member Code of Conduct.

 Our Mission

To inspire, support and foster the career development of women in the Hospitality Industry.

 Our Vision

Better gender balance across all facets of the hospitality industry, especially in senior positions, and for women to have the confidence to seek professional development within the sector.

WOHO Member Code of Conduct

As a member I agree to:

  1. Act honestly, in good faith and in the best interests of WOHO.
  2. Demonstrate respect for other WOHO members.
  3. Support the values of WOHO.
  4. Advocate for women in hospitality at any level.
  5. Contribute opening and share ideas to support women in hospitality.
  6. Support other WOHO members even if they work for a competitor business.
  7. Respect the rights, dignity and worth of all members regardless of their gender, ability, cultural background, or religion.
  8. Not engage in conduct likely to bring discredit upon WOHO.
  9. Not use the WOHO member database for marketing or sales purposes.
  10. Comply with the spirit and the principles of this Code.
